The Indoor DAS RF Design Engineer (with strong iBwave experience) may be responsible for RFP technical response support, RF design, RF propagation modeling, site surveys at enterprise locations, selection of the best DAS solution, installation project management and technical oversight, integration of DAS solutions into the macro network, data collection, and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will have a background designing in-building DAS systems with strong experience on GSM/UMTS technology, and will be extremely proficient with iBwave software.

• BSEE degree or equivalent telecom industry work experience
• Extensive iBwave experience
• 5 years of Distributed Antenna Systems experience
• Solid understanding of commonly used wireless communications technologies
• Experience working on Distributed Antenna Solutions for wireless carriers/providers is strongly preferred
• Intimate knowledge of propagation modeling and tools
• Fundamental understanding of the physics behind RF wave propagation theory
• Excellent customer interface skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel

The Indoor DAS RF Design Engineer may spend time both in the field and in the office.
