FMHC Corporation, a nationwide telecom site development firm specializing in the leasing, permitting and construction management of wireless telecommunications sites, is seeking an RF Engineering and Site Development Recruiter to help us recruit RF Engineers, Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist, Construction Manager, Technical Services and Installation Professionals as well as other wireless engineering professionals for positions with our company in offices across the country.

• Effectively recruit  both experienced and entry level candidates for project based and/or long term assignments
• Source candidates, review resumes, conduct phone interviews with potential candidates for positions in: site acquisition, zoning and permitting, construction management, project management, technical services / installation, RF engineering
• Must have solid understanding of  basic RF engineering and site development terminolog
• Work closely with hiring managers to establish upcoming organizational needs
• Coordinate face-to-face interviews with managers
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future openings
• Handle confidential compensation negotiation conversations with candidates
• Maintain database of screened candidates
• Strong telephone skills are required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years site development/engineering/technical recruiting experience is required
• Well qualified candidates will thrive in a very fast-paced environment, will excel at multi-tasking, and be highly organized
• Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and computer skills

This position is based in our corporate headquarters office near Chicago’s O’Hare airport.  This is an office position with extensive computer and phone use.  Minimal travel may be involved.
